This No-Refund Policy (the “Policy”) defines the rules applicable to cancellation, withdrawal and refunds for all digital products and services offered by RISELIV FZC, operating under the brand RISE (hereinafter “RISE” or “the Company”).

- SCOPE
This Policy applies to all clients, users and independent distributors who have purchased, activated or used a product or service offered by RISE via the official platform.
- NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Products and services offered by RISE are exclusively digital products and services, including :
- access to a digital platform,
- software, digital tools,
- digital content, training, online services,
- services activated immediately or accessible via the back-office.
These products and services are provided without any physical medium.
- NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable laws and recognized principles regarding the supply of digital content and services, no right of withdrawal or refund applies once :
- access to the digital service has been granted,
- the digital content is available or activated,
- performance of the service has begun.
By confirming payment and accessing the service, the User expressly waives any right of withdrawal or refund.
- NO-REFUND POLICY
General principle
All payments made to RISE are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
No refund will be granted, including in the following cases (non-exhaustive list) :
- change of mind or opinion,
- failure to use the service,
- lack of results or unmet personal expectations,
- misunderstanding of the offer,
- voluntary account termination,
- suspension or termination for failure to comply with the General Terms and Conditions,
- non-compliance with KYC / AML rules,
- inactivity of the user or distributor.
- NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Digital services offered by RISE :
- guarantee no results,
- do not constitute a promise of performance or income,
- are provided “as is” under the conditions described on the platform.
The absence of results, benefits or savings does not constitute in any way a ground for refund.
- PAYMENTS AND CHARGEBACKS
Payments are accepted only via official methods displayed on the platform.
Any attempt at abusive chargeback, fraudulent dispute or circumvention of payment rules constitutes a serious breach of the General Terms and Conditions and may result in :
- immediate suspension or termination of the account,
- permanent blocking of access to services,
- legal action if necessary.
- EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED AND DISCRETIONARY)
Exceptionally, and at the sole discretion of RISE, a commercial gesture may be considered only in the event of :
- proven technical failure exclusively attributable to RISE,
- total and permanent inability to access the service for documented technical reasons.

- EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE
By making a payment on https://backoffice.riseliv.com/, the User acknowledges and expressly accepts that :
- products and services are digital,
- access is immediate or activated without delay,
- no refund will be possible,
- The payment is final.
This acceptance is evidenced by payment validation and access to the service.
- POLICY CHANGES
RISE reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Any modification is published on the platform and takes effect upon posting.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
CONCLUSION
This No-Refund Policy aims to ensure full transparency and strict compliance with PSP, KYC and AML requirements, while taking into account the strictly digital nature of the products and services offered by RISE.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between RISELIV FZC, operating under the brand RISE (hereinafter the “Company” or “RISE”), and any individual or legal entity acting as an Independent Distributor (hereinafter the “Distributor” or “ID”).

The Platform is operated by a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, within the Ajman Free Zone.

- READING, ACCEPTANCE AND EXPLICIT CONSENT
Before using the Platform and the services offered, the Distributor is required to carefully read these Terms.
By creating an account on https://backoffice.riseliv.com/, by checking the acceptance box for the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and/or by using the Platform, the Distributor acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these Terms, as well as all compliance documents accessible in the back-office.
If the Distributor does not accept all or part of the Terms, the Distributor undertakes to immediately cease any activity related to RISE. Any activity carried out before such cessation remains fully governed by these Terms.
RISE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions are published on the Platform and become applicable as soon as they are posted online.
- DISTRIBUTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
By registering, the Distributor represents and warrants :
- being of legal age and having legal capacity in their country of residence ;
- providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information ;
- complying with applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where they conduct their activities ;
- not using the Platform for fraudulent, misleading or illegal purposes.
- LEGAL STATUS – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (PSP SAFE)
The Distributor acts exclusively as an independent contractor.
There is no employment, franchise, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between RISE and the Distributor.
The Distributor is solely responsible for :
- their decisions,
- their communications,
- their tax, social and legal obligations.
RISE provides no tax, legal or financial advice.
- NATURE OF SERVICES – NO INVESTMENT (PSP SAFE)
RISE is a digital services platform.
RISE does not offer :
- any investment,
- any regulated financial product,
- any promise of return,
- any income guarantee.
Any potential compensation linked to a referral program :
- is optional,
- variable,
- not guaranteed,
- depends exclusively on real, compliant and legal activity.
It is strictly forbidden to use terms such as :
investment, return, profit, guaranteed income, capital, ROI, passive income.
- REFERRAL PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
If a referral program is offered by RISE :
- it is optional ;
- it does not constitute a recruitment obligation ;
- it may be modified or removed at any time ;
- any compensation is linked exclusively to referrals and/or actual use of digital services.
- PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION RULES
The Distributor undertakes to :
- present themselves exclusively as an Independent Distributor RISE ;
- never present themselves as an employee or official representative ;
- use only official materials or materials validated in writing ;
- make no financial promises.
The display of gains, income, financial testimonials or projections is strictly prohibited.
- PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND CONDUCT
Strictly prohibited :
- misleading or defamatory statements ;
- abusive use of internal data ;
- creation of multiple accounts ;
- identity theft ;
- unauthorized use of RISE trademarks, logos or content ;
- any attempt to circumvent payment systems.
- DATA, CONFIDENTIALITY AND OWNERSHIP
Data, client lists, reports and information accessible via the Platform are confidential.
Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- PAYMENTS – PSP / AML / KYC / KYB COMPLIANCE
Payments are accepted only via official methods displayed on the Platform.
RISE applies strict controls :
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- KYB (Know Your Business)
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
RISE may suspend an account, block a payment or delay a payout in case of non-compliance.
- RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPENSES
The Distributor alone bears all of their professional expenses (phone, internet, advertising, travel, events, etc.).
- CUSTOMIZED MARKETING MATERIAL
Any customized material must be subject to prior written validation by RISE.
Without validation, distribution is prohibited.
- SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND SANCTIONS
RISE may suspend or terminate an account, without notice, notably in the event of :
- breach of these Terms ;
- PSP / AML / KYC / KYB non-compliance ;
- fraud, abusive chargeback ;
- damage to the reputation of RISE.
In the event of termination, all rights linked to the Distributor status cease immediately.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, RISE shall not be held liable for the Distributor’s decisions, actions or omissions.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
This document constitutes the entire agreement between RISE and the Distributor.
If a clause is deemed invalid, the others remain applicable.
CONCLUSION
These Terms aim to ensure a clear, legal and compliant activity, in strict compliance with PSP, banking, AML, KYC and KYB requirements, while protecting RISE, its users and its partners.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the RISE platform, creating an account or using any service offered, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these General Terms and Conditions.
If the Client does not accept all or part of the Terms, the Client must immediately cease using the platform and its services.
The Client is also invited to consult the Privacy Policy, available on the platform.
NATURE OF SERVICES (PSP SAFE)
RISE is a digital services platform offering in particular :
- digital services,
- digital tools,
- online-accessible content and features,
- optimization services and connection with third-party partners.
Certain services offered on the RISE platform, particularly in the telecommunications field, may allow Clients to access offers or preferential rates negotiated with third-party partners, in order to optimize their existing expenses.
Access to these rates depends exclusively on :
- the applicable conditions of the relevant providers,
- the Client’s eligibility,
- the offers available at the time of subscription.
No savings are guaranteed.
These services do not constitute in any way income, a financial gain, an investment or a promise of results.
RISE offers no regulated financial service, no investment advice, no asset management, nor any similar product.
NO INVESTMENT AND NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
RISE does not offer :
- any investment,
- any financial product,
- any promise of return,
- any guarantee of income or savings.
Use of RISE services :
- does not constitute an investment opportunity,
- must not be considered as a source of income,
- does not guarantee any financial results.
No content, service or feature should be interpreted as financial, tax or legal advice.
USER ACCOUNT
The Client is responsible for :
- the accuracy of the information provided,
- the confidentiality of their credentials,
- any activity carried out from their account.
RISE reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account in case of abusive or non-compliant use.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING (PSP / AML)
When paid services are offered :
- payments are made only via official methods displayed on the platform,
- no off-platform payment is accepted,
- displayed prices correspond exclusively to access to digital services.
RISE applies strict PSP / AML / KYB controls and may refuse any non-compliant transaction.
Any abusive chargeback may result in immediate suspension of the account.
AUTHORIZED USE
The Client undertakes to use the platform :
- legally,
- in accordance with these Terms,
- without fraudulent, abusive or misleading use.
It is prohibited :
- to divert services from their intended purpose,
- to attempt to access unauthorized systems,
- to use the platform for illegal or misleading purposes.
DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
RISE implements reasonable measures to protect user information, without guaranteeing absolute security.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law :
- RISE is not responsible for decisions made by the Client,
- RISE is not responsible for indirect or intangible losses,
- Use of the services is at the Client’s sole responsibility.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
RISE may suspend or terminate a Client’s access, without notice, in the event of :
- breach of these Terms,
- abusive or fraudulent use,
- non-compliance with PSP / AML / KYB requirements.
